Access flooring is a construction element
which can be adapted to suit any type of building, be it new
or under redevelopment. It is much praised by architects because
it is easy to manage and flexible, both in the design stage
and when work is underway. This means that planning is not
restricted by the limitations of traditional systems and architects
can give free rein to their creativity.
Although architects will continue to act as co-ordinators
for groups of specialists responsible for different systems,
access flooring offers them new freedom as they are no longer
forced to interact continually with these specialists, nor
follow rigid plans and fixed programmes.
